Eric de Ravel
After leaving behind his practice in South Africa, Eric purchased Teamwork Accounting in 2010 and became the Managing Director. He believes in getting the best results for his clients by finding areas to improve. His experience in setting up business structures and management accounting systems give clients clarity on how to achieve their goals.
Eric likes to spend his free time with his family, including regular trips to South Africa to visit his children.

Mathew joined Teamwork Accounting straight after graduating from university. Specialising in tax, he provides advice and strategies around minimising tax and planning for the future. He enjoys working alongside clients who are proactive about their financial goals and driven to succeed.
He believes in having a healthy work/life balance, plays for the Hoppers Crossing Football Club as their Senior Captain, and enjoys travelling overseas.

Kelly became part of Teamwork Accounting in 2012. A specialist in self-managed superfunds, her knowledge and experience is invaluable to clients as they move towards this type of superannuation structure. She also manages the bookkeeping department, using her keen eye for detail to assist with clients’ books.
Her motto is “You don’t have to be perfect to be amazing”.

Zhu joined teamwork accounting as a partner in July 2017 with more than 10 years’ experience in Melbourne’s small and large (top 20) public practices.
He provided advice to many clients on the Income Tax Treaty between Australia and their origin countries, including, China, Singapore and U.K. He has also provided advice on R&D tax incentives, Wine Equalisation Tax and Property Development.
Zhu lives in Melbourne since 2004, he is now a Bayside resident and a father of two lovely children. Zhu speaks Mandarin fluently. He was the 2016 Melbourne Marathon and 2017 Geelong Ironman 70.3 finisher.

Since starting in 2006, Sandra is an invaluable member of our team. Sandra makes sure that the Teamwork Accounting office runs smoothly on a daily basis. She takes care of the facilities and processes, making sure everything works and improving what can be made better. She’s also an experienced bookkeeper and looks after Teamwork’s internal bookkeeping needs, as well as helping with general bookkeeping questions.
She spends her spare time hiking the You Yangs, going to the football, and spending time with her family and friends.

Tarryn is a passionate problem solver. She looks at the big picture to see how to get clients from where they are to where they want to be. After joining Teamwork Accounting in 2017, she helps with audits, financial statements, and income tax returns.
She believes that family is the foundation of society and spends her non-work hours with hers.

Kyle recently joined our practice as a Graduate Accountant. Kyle has a passion for solving problems and is always keen to ensure the numbers always balance. He believes in ensuring the clients get the best experience and achieve what they require.
Another passion of Kyle’s is his AFL Team Essendon and spending time playing golf.
Karen is one of the newest members of Teamwork Accounting and has taken on the role of Senior Bookkeeper. Karen has a keen eye for detail and has great enthusiasm when it comes to our clients work. Karen has many years of experience within the bookkeeping service and has used software ranging from MYOB (all versions) to Xero and everything in between.
Outside of work Karen loves to spend quality time with her family and friends, and enjoys reading and keeping fit.

Since joining in 2015, Jessica embodies the high level of customer service that clients expect at Teamwork Accounting. She liaises with the ATO on their behalf and makes sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. Jess also oversees corporate compliance and clients’ ASIC requirements.
Outside of work, she plays netball and is an avid Western Bulldogs supporter.
With a passion for multitasking and detail, Rachel joined Teamwork Accounting in June 2017. She is the friendly face that greets clients on arrival, as well as the go-to for solving problems. She believes in getting things done the right way and making numbers balance.
When Rachel’s not at work, her family and a good book are her priorities.
