Mathew Ryan
Partner
Mathew commenced his professional career with Teamwork Accounting immediately upon graduating from university, subsequently advancing to Partner. Specialising in taxation, he focuses on developing strategic frameworks designed to minimise tax liabilities. Mathew is particularly dedicated to collaborating with proactive, growth-oriented clients who are driven to achieve their strategic financial milestones.
He firmly believes in the importance of a healthy work-life balance, Mathew is an avid traveller who prioritises spending quality time with his family and friends outside of his professional commitments.

Kelly Breen
SMSF Specialist & Bookkeeping Manager
Kelly joined Teamwork Accounting in 2012, bringing a wealth of expertise to our SMSF and bookkeeping divisions. As our resident self-managed superannuation specialist, she provides invaluable guidance to clients navigating the transition to an SMSF structure.
In addition to her superannuation expertise, Kelly leads our bookkeeping department. Alongside her dedicated team, she ensures clients remain fully ATO compliant across all GST, PAYG, STP, and Payday Super obligations. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, Kelly loves helping businesses streamline their numbers to reach their big-picture goals.

Kyle joined the practice as a Graduate Accountant in July 2017 and has since advanced to Partner, a testament to his expertise and dedication. Managing Director
After successfully operating his own practice in South Africa, Eric acquired Teamwork Accounting in 2010, stepping into the role of Managing Director. He is deeply committed to maximising client outcomes by identifying strategic areas for operational and financial improvement. Leveraging extensive expertise in designing robust business structures and implementing management accounting systems, Eric provides clients with the clarity and direction required to realise their long-term objectives.
Outside of his leadership responsibilities, Eric prioritises spending time with his family, which includes regular travel back to South Africa to visit family.

Bringing more than 15 years of face-to-face customer service experience, she serves as our premier first point of contact, ensuring every client receives a warm, professional, and welcoming introduction to the practice.
