Eric de Ravel
Managing Partner
After leaving behind his practice in South Africa, Eric purchased Teamwork Accounting in 2010 and became the Managing Director. He believes in getting the best results for his clients by finding areas to improve. His experience in setting up business structures and management accounting systems give clients clarity on how to achieve their goals.
Eric likes to spend his free time with his family, including regular trips to South Africa to visit his children.

Partner
Mathew joined Teamwork Accounting straight after graduating from university. Specialising in tax, he provides advice and strategies around minimising tax and planning for the future. He enjoys working alongside clients who are proactive about their financial goals and driven to succeed.
He believes in having a healthy work/life balance, enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Kelly Breen
Partner
Kelly became part of Teamwork Accounting in 2012. A specialist in self-managed superfunds, her knowledge and experience is invaluable to clients as they move towards this type of superannuation structure.
Kelly also oversees our bookkeeping department. With the help of star bookkeeper Esin, they ensure our clients are ATO compliant by assisting with GST, PAYG and STP obligations. Using her keen eye for detail Kelly enjoys helping these clients meet their business goals.
When not in the office, Kelly enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Kyle Whittaker
Partner
Kyle joined our practice as a Graduate Accountant in July 2017. He has a passion for solving problems and is always keen to ensure the numbers always balance. He believes in ensuring the clients get the best experience and achieve what they require.
Another passion of Kyle’s is his AFL Team Essendon and spending time playing golf.

In her spare time, Esin loves travelling, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.

Melissa Padua
Bookkeeper
Melissa started with Teamwork Accounting in March 2022. Melissa has successfully completed studies in Bachelor of Accounting at Holmesglen Institute and Xero Certification among others. Melissa has shown great attention to detail and is a great asset in assisting Kelly with our bookkeeping department.
In her spare time, Melissa loves to bake and spend time with her family and friends.

Sandra Tucker
Practice Manager
Since starting in 2006, Sandra is an invaluable member of our team. Sandra makes sure that the Teamwork Accounting office runs smoothly on a daily basis. She takes care of the facilities and processes, making sure everything works and improving what can be made better. She’s also an experienced bookkeeper and looks after Teamwork’s internal bookkeeping needs, as well as helping with general bookkeeping questions.
She spends her spare time hiking, going to the football, and heading out camping and 4x4 driving with her family and friends.

Jessica Diamond
Administration Assistant
Since joining in 2015, Jessica embodies the high level of customer service that clients expect at Teamwork Accounting. She liaises with the ATO on their behalf and makes sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. Jess also oversees corporate compliance and clients’ ASIC requirements.
Outside of work, she plays netball and is an avid Western Bulldogs supporter.
Grace Armeri
Administration Assistant
Grace is a highly motivated individual who joined our practice in 2019. She has a harmonious and fastidious work ethic that has allowed her to graciously represent our firm when meeting and corresponding with new and old clients alike.
When Grace isn’t in the office, she enjoys time spent with family and friends and enjoys attending to her garden. She also loved watching her much loved Hawthorn footy team during the AFL season.
